In this video, I show my skills in creating 3D objects, tracking real objects (without tracking markers), matte painting (technique for combining multiple images) and rotoscoping.
1. Girl and tree

In this example, I have integrated 3D vegetation into the video. I’ve done a lot of work with lighting and shaders. But the end result is well worth it.

2. Beach Ball Games

In this example, I did the work of replacing the sky, adding a boat and a small dog. The viewer will never guess that these are visual effects. Thanks to color correction and tracking, the objects in the video look as realistic as possible.

3. Man and boat

Original shot. Single man

I added a new boat, mountains, plane, gulls and even a girl to this frame. After that, I hope the man don’t feel so alone. I paid special attention to the work with reflections.
4. Motorcyclist and Stormtrooper

This is a special technique for creating additional actors and additional objects in the video. In the original video, only one motorcyclist rides on the road on the left.

To get a second motorcyclist, I just copied the motorcyclist from the left side (more precisely, i did a rotoscoping of the motorcyclist) and moved it to the right side.

In order to add a difference on this motorcycle, I added a sticker and repainted the left motorcycle in a different color.

The main task for me was to change the helmet of a new motorcyclist to a stormtrooper helmet. To do this, I cut out the original helmet and added a 3D object in the form of a stormtrooper’s head. After adding animation, the right stormtrooper began to look like a completely different actor with a different motorcycle.
5. Rhinoceros in the Savannah

In this example, I created a full-fledged 3D animated video. Without using the original video and additional objects. I only used 3D. The work was done in Unreal Engine.
